How it works
Op ASCEND’s Families Programme is led by experienced advisors from the Forces Employment Charity, many of whom are military spouses themselves. They understand the challenges — and the potential.
They offer practical, tailored support to help spouses and partners build confident, successful careers.
Support includes

When signing up, you’ll need to confirm your:
- name and details
- service number and branch of your spouse or partner
- rank of your spouse or partner
- enlistment date of your spouse or partner
- discharge date of your spouse or partner
If you don’t know the exact enlistment or discharge dates, enter the closest date or month.
