Every service leaver can access free, expert support for up to 2 years after leaving service from the Career Transition Partnership.
The service is dedicated to helping you navigate your journey beyond the military, with practical tools, personalised guidance and direct access to employers who value the unique strengths you bring.
They’ve supported over 330,000 service leavers for more than 25 years.
How it works
The Career Transition Partnership is delivered by Reed in Partnership. It’s the official provider of resettlement for the armed forces.
Support is provided for up to 2 years before you leave service and up to 2 years after leaving service, no matter how long you served.
Support includes:

Your resettlement advisors will pass your details to the Career Transition Partnership when you leave service. After receiving your welcome email, you can log into the digital platform and register your account to get started.
